outflux was founded by Tim Sullivan in July 2009. Tim set out to create a brand that would fuse styles and more accurately represent contemporary music and culture. Tim had been gathering influences for years, digesting art and refining his taste. In July, it was time for his own ideas to flow, hence the name of the brand. outflux needed to exist.
